Our staff has a wide range of farm and investment experience. Roy Fischer and Lorraine Spahr owned and operated a stock brokerage company from 1986 through 1993 when it was sold to a large midwest based bank holding company. During this period of time they offered stocks, bonds, financial planning and a number of sophisticated investments to a wide range of clientele.

Charles Dittmer, our farm manager, has been involved in agriculture for most of his life. He was born and raised in a farm community. Charles managed a large dairy farm and other farming properties for a prominent Kansas City family for a number of years. In 1987 he joined Land Property Associates and has been instrumental in the acquisition and management of our properties.
