The Corder Farm is located within Lafayette County, in west-central Missouri, approximately 40 miles east of Kansas City. The farm is an upland farm located 10 miles south of the Missouri River. The farm is bordered by County Road 250 to the north, Schoolingville Road to the east and neighboring farmland to the west and south. The farm consists of 109 farm acres of which 105 are crop acres. Soils are primarily Higginsville and Marshall.
