The farm is an upland farm located 8 miles east of the Missouri River. The farm is bordered by P Avenue to the east, 300 Street to the north and neighboring farmland to the west and south. The farm consists of 324 farm acres of which 286 are crop acres. Soils are primarily Marshall, Dockery and Contrary.
