buying, selling and managing farmland since 1987

our focus

We acquire and manage prime farmland planted to corn and soybeans, two crops that will benefit from the long-term global demand for agricultural products and biofuels. Our focus area is the Iowa and Missouri Deep Loess Hills, a special area of the Corn Belt known to contain topsoil that can reach 200 feet deep.

what we do

We have been buying, selling, and managing farmland since 1987. Today, we manage more than 12,000 acres in Missouri, Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska. We are actively engaged in the maintenance and improvement of the farms. Over the years we have managed the construction and installation of tens of miles of terraces and drain tile, as well as numerous other improvements.

why invest

Farmland is an income producing hard asset that provides appreciation and true diversification. Unlike other real estate, farmland is always 100% rented. Farmland has an excellent track record of capital appreciation and is one of the few assets that has a negative price correlation with both stocks and bonds.

properties

We manage 45 farms spanning more than 12,000 acres in Missouri, Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska. Every farm is unique with different topography, drainage and soil characteristics. If you click “Learn More” below, you can find more information about each farm we manage, including a farm description, location maps, aerial and soil maps, drone photos and drone videos.

about us

We have created over 100 entities that acquired and sold tens of thousands of acres of farmland over the years. In 1987, we formed one of the first farmland limited partnerships as noted by the publication, Financial World.
