The farm is an upland farm located 8 miles east of the Missouri River. The farm is bordered by 252nd Street to the north, Route KK to the west and neighboring farmland to the east and south. The farm consists of 157 farm acres of which 142 are crop acres. Soils are primarily Contrary and Monona.
