The Blanchard Farm is located in Page County, in southwest Iowa, approximately 60 miles south of Omaha and 110 miles north of Kansas City.
The farm is a rolling upland farm located 30 miles east of the Missouri River. The farm utilizes terraces and drain tile for drainage. Soils are primarily Colo-Judson, Sharpsburg and Kennebec.
