The Rowlett Farm is located within Holt County, in northwest Missouri, approximately 70 miles north of Kansas City and 80 miles south of Omaha. The farm is an upland farm located 15 miles east of the Missouri River. The farm is bordered by State Route C to the north, November Road to the east and neighboring farmland to the west and south. The farm consists of 84 farm acres of which 74 are crop acres. Soils are primarily Kenridge-Judson, Shelby and Colo.
