The Laur Farm is located within Atchison County, in northwest Missouri, approximately 50 miles south of Omaha and 100 miles north of Kansas City. The farm is an upland farm located 14 miles east of the Missouri River. The farm is bordered by State Highway B to the north, O Avenue to the west and neighboring farmland to the east and south. The farm consists of 323 farm acres of which 285 are crop acres. Soils are primarily Marshall. The farm borders the northeast corner of the Henry Farm. Combined, Henry and Laur include 1,569 contiguous crop acres.
