Fairfax Farm is located within Atchison County, in northwest Missouri, approximately 70 miles south of Omaha and 80 miles north of Kansas City. The farm is an upland farm located 12 miles east of the Missouri River. The farm is bordered by Route MM to the west, 310th Street to the south and neighboring farmland to the north and east. Soils are primarily Marshall and Colo which are considered highly productive for farming.
